1. Cancellations and Refunds for India e-Visa

All refund request have to send to us within 4 hours, from date/time order success. After that time, your visa services order is non-refundable.

After Indianvisa.online Team gets application ID confirmation by Indian government for your order, you can not request for refund any more. Once an approval letter has been sent to your email address, we will be unable to reimburse you the visa fee.

It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa at the time of your intended departure. indianvisa.online cannot be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect visa information and any losses incurred. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission. We strongly recommend that you check your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal information prior to departure.

The refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.

Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

 

Once you have submitted your application with us, it is assumed and agreed that we will begin the submission process within the time frame indicated during your application. Should you decide to request a refund after your application has been submitted, you can apply to be considered for receiving a refund of agency application service fees.

If you wish to request a refund, email us at customercare@indianvisa.online indicating the following:

  • Your reason for the request.
  • Your full names(as appears in your passport).
  • Your unique transaction ID.
  • The email used to make the registration on this website.

For multiple requests, please indicate all transaction IDs.

All refund requests will be evaluated within 72 hours.

2. Non-refundable

We will not refund in case the clients provide the wrong information about passport number, date of arrival, nationality or any other incorrect information submitted in the application.

No refund for Government fee when your application is rejected because Government Fee is non refundable once submitted.

Please Note: All the required documents should be provided within 24 hours. Otherwise, the refund request will not be accepted.
