At present, all medical travelers who desire to come  to India for special medical treatment, can apply Indian e-Medical Visa. International voyagers who want to come for treatment under the Indian system of Medicine or some other specific restorative treatment in presumed and perceived clinics or treatment centers in India can apply for the Indian e-Medical Visa or Electronic Medical Visa through our online visa application system.

The legitimacy of e-Medical Visa will be 60 days from the date of first arrival in India and it is valid for triple entries . For e-Medical Visa, Applicants of the eligible countries may apply online minimum 4 days in advance of the date of arrival with a window of 120 days.

Travelers who use the e-Medical Visa program must apply, pay an online fee and receive their e-Visa via email before traveling to India. The process is easy and quickest for medical travelers who are seeking treatment in India. The normal processing time is 4-7 business days and if the applicants go for the urgent processing it will take 48-72 hours.

The eligibility criteria for Indian e-Medical visa:-

> You have to make the initial medical guidance in your own country and you have then been recommended to pursue specialist treatment in India.

> You should look for medical consideration just in a perceived organization which spends significant time in the treatment of the condition.

> On the off chance that you look for medical treatment from an expert not perceived and authorized by the Indian government, your e-medicinal visa application will be unsuccessful.

> It is important to note that you will not be granted the medical visa to India for surrogacy.

> The important thing that you should know is that not more than two attendants (only blood relatives) are allowed to accompany the applicant under separate Medical attendant visas and only the short-term Medical mission trips are permitted.

Eligibility:-

1- The Indian e tourist visa is applicable to more than 160 nationalities. An applicant may check the complete list of eligible country for Indian e-Visa to know whether he can apply for the e-Medical Visa or not.

2- The Indian e-Visa is valid for entry through 28 designated Airports and 5 designated seaports.

3- Ordinary Passport must have at least six months validity from the date of arrival in India. The passport should have at least two blank pages for stamping by the Immigration Officer.

4- International Travellers having Pakistani Passport or Pakistani origin may please apply for regular Visa at Indian Mission.

Required Documents for Indian e-Medical Visa:-

> A recently passport size photograph of Applicant.

> A copy of  bio page of the applicant’s passport.

> Applicant must have a medical letter on the letterhead of the hospital in India that shows that the applicant has been advised to come for specialized medical treatment.

Fee & Duration :-

The normal processing fee is $245 USD and it will take 4 -7 business days. The urgent processing fee is 315 USD and it will take 48 to 72 hours. The fees is totally non-refundable and non-convertible so read all the terms & condition before applying.
