The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

• e-Visa is valid for 30 days to 1 year or 5 years according to the type of e-Visa. The visa must be availed within its period of validity.
• The e-Tourist visa and e-Business Visa will be legitimated for one year from the date of grant of ETA. Nonstop remain amid each visit on an e-visitor visa must not surpass 90 days, aside from natives of Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, and the United States just as all nationalities visiting on an e-business visa who are permitted to remain for 180 days. The term of stay can’t be broadened.
• e-Medical purpose and e-Medical attendant purpose it will be valid for 60 days with three entries from the date of the first arrival date in India.
• e-Conference Visa will be valid for 30 days with one entry from the date of the first arrival date in India.
• Applicants of the eligible countries are requested to apply online minimum 4 days in advance of the date of arrival with a window of 120 days.
• The passport should have at least two blank pages for stamping by the Immigration Officer.
• e-Visa is valid for entry through 28 designated Airports (i.e. Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bengaluru Bhubaneshwar, Calicut, Chennai, Chandigarh, Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gaya, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Port Blair, Pune, Tiruchirapalli, Trivandrum, Varanasi & Visakhapatnam) and 5 designated seaports (i.e. Mumbai, Chennai, Cochin, Goa and Mangalore).
• The foreigner can take the exit from any of the authorized Immigration Check Posts (ICPs) in India.
• The applicant is requested to fill the Visa Application Form accurately and submit fees which is mention. Incomplete and double applications will not be accepted.
• The applicant is requested to provide correct email ID since we send the e-Visa via email in JPEG or PDF format in attached files.
• Applicants are requested to carry a copy of eTV while traveling.
• On arrival in India the biometric details of the applicant will be mandatorily captured at Immigration.
• International Travellers should have a return ticket or onward journey ticket, with sufficient money to spend during his/her stay in India.
• Pakistani passport holder or Pakistani origin cannot apply for an e-Visa, they must look for regular visa at Indian Mission.

Fee-Related Terms

• The fee must be paid at least 4 days before the expected date of travel filled by you otherwise the application will not be processed. eTV fee once submitted is non-refundable, non-transferrable. Your application may be rejected by them and please be informed that the authorities are not liable to provide any reason against the rejection.
• The government of India reserves all rights to make any changes in the requirements and fees for India eTV without any prior notice. Fee charges of Indianvisa.online may include, but are not compatible with Indian Embassy Fees and other charges of the respective embassy (consular fees, etc.). Indianvisa.online is not responsible for any such changes by the embassy or for any loss or delay relating to such changes.
• The Govt. fee for Indian e-Visa is USD 100.00, USD 80.00, USD 25.00 depending on the nationality of the applicant. There is no fee from Govt. for a few nationalities. We charge a service fee and the government fee and we advise you to check the government fee on official website indianvisaonline.gov.in and then pay on our website. Once the application is paid, the fee is non-refundable.
• We may change this agreement, and any of the agreements and policies listed above, at any time. Those changes will apply as soon as we put them on this website. If you use this website or our services after any changes have been made, you will be considered to have accepted those changes. If you do not want to agree to the changes, do not use (or continue to use) this website or our services. We may occasionally tell you about any changes by email.
